A sense of gratefulness and wonder

Time really does fly, does it not? It is already around ten months since I was installed as President of the Methodist Church in Ireland. In that period, a lot has happened.

I have met with a lot of people: dignitaries, ordinary individuals and congregations. I have attended many meetings. I have come from each meeting with a sense of gratefulness for, and wonder about, the diversity of experience, perspective, personality, and approach to and in life.
