When making or considering a submission, the following guidelines should be borne in mind:
FEATURES, REPORTS,
REVIEWS AND ARTICLES
Due to pressure of space it is not always possible to print everything that is received. To avoid disappointment, time-bound reports and articles of more than half a page (450 words) should be submitted promptly, having been agreed with the Editor beforehand (tel: +44 07751436854).
A full page article is equivalent to around 850 words & two photographs.
A half page article is equivalent to around 450 words & one photograph.
A one column article is 350 words.
PHOTOGRAPHS
AND IMAGES
For good quality reproduction, electronic photographs should be around 1 megabyte in size. Contributors are asked to supply captions with each photograph submitted and to insure that they have the necessary copyright permissions for any photographs/images submitted. Those submitting photographs of children for publication must first have received permission from parents or guardians.

Please include names and locations (town or church) with letters submitted. All letters received may be abbreviated or otherwise edited. Anonymous letters will not be published.

These should be submitted with the agreement of the family of the deceased and ideally accompanied by a photograph. It is also helpful if the date/month of the death is included in the tribute.
